If the tenant wishes to cancel the agreement, then he or she must contact our Customer Contact Center via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (+31(0) 88 1900 111). If the agreement is cancelled, each person who was going to be staying in the holiday home is obliged to pay any outstanding booking fees plus a cancellation fee.
-For cancellation up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the rental fee.
-For cancellation between 42 days (inclusive) and 28 days before the arrival date: 60% of the rental fee.
-For cancellation between 28 days (inclusive) before the date of arrival and the day of arrival: 90% of the rental fee.
-For cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full rental fee.
You will find this information in our rental conditions. If you have cancellation insurance with us, and the booking is cancelled for a reason covered by the insurance, we will calculate the refund on the travel sum. If applicable to your booking, you will also be refunded your travel insurance costs. Booking fees and the premium for the cancellation insurance cannot be refunded.
