The house is situated in the centre of Walcheren, ideal to undertake excursions and bike tours from there. The village Arnemuiden has several establishments, supermarket, bakery etc. You are there within five minutes by bike. The Veerse Meer (lake) is lying round the corner. By car you can reach it in ten minutes, the beach of Dishoek or Vlissingen in a quarter of an hour. The historic city Middelburg is only five kilometres away.
Via the hall of the house you reach the living room. Here are the modern, open kitchen with a dining-table, a comfortable lounge around the stylish gas fireside and the cosy dining-corner for four persons. From the whole lounge you have a view upon the well laid out garden with the lovely terrace, which you can reach via the sliding door in the living room. At the back of the garden is a little pool with a diameter of 3.60 meters, wonderful to chill.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a corner-bath, shower, wash-basin, and W.C. Adjoined to one of the bedrooms is a second bathroom. The fourth bedroom is used as a T.V. room with a bed-couch. After application this room can be furnished as a bedroom with a comfortable bed.
The house is suitable for maximum six persons and after application eventually for two more kids.
