An amazing house on a top location near the forest, dunes and just a walk away from the historical centre of Castricum and the cosy Bakkum. But actually you don't have to leave. The big garden of 2900 m2 is a true paradise. The large stretch of grass, trampoline, a sandbox and a swing for the children and various terraces with chairs/long chairs. A divine feeling of freedom.

The house is spatial, modern, and the furnishing is tasteful. You enter a beautiful entrance-hall and on your right there is a marvellous spaces kitchen and for seen of all conveniences. All so you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden. The living room is situated at the other side of the house. It is for seen with a nice sitting area and a TV. For the musical gifted there's a piano present.
The bedrooms are situated at the first and second floor. There are 4 bedrooms especially for children, with their own toilet and shower. The other bathroom had a bath and a shower. The master bedroom is also situated at the first floor.
Because of the interior we think this house is suitable for max. 2 adults and 5 children

There are multiple bikes, a skelter and a step for the renter's disposal. The beach is a 15 minute bike ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all accessible by foot.
