The front of the building is listed and at the back there is a large cottage style garden. You have your own terrace.
The interior is unusual. You enter the building on the ground floor where there is a very comfortable dining and relaxing area with a bar, and a kitchen. Then there is a large music room with a piano and the acoustics are very good for singing here. The bathroom is also on the ground floor.
You leave this private area via a door which leads into a common hallway and a broad staircase. On the first floor there is a long corridor and access to other apartments, which are occupied mainly by artists and musicians. Your entrance is at the beginning of the corridor and when you open the door you enter a very pleasant room where there are lots of books and a sitting area. The second floor, with a double bed and TV, can be reached via a steep staircase. In the corridor on the first floor there is a toilet, which is handy at night.
The corridor on the ground floor and first floor are common and they cannot be used for personal use for example to place your bicycles.
