The apartment is in a building which originally belonged to the Salvation Army. It was completely renovated in 2006 and is now apartments and a shop. Despite being in the middle of De Pijp it is quiet, and the fact that it is on the fourth floor means you have a feeling of privacy and freedom. The apartment has a balcony off the back bedroom and a roof terrace overlooking the whole city.

The apartment is not large but it is comfortable and attractively decorated. There is a living room with a sitting area and an open kitchen, a separate bedroom and small bathroom.
