This apartment is in the southern part of Amsterdam near Zuid station (trains and underground) and the WTC. You can cycle to the Leidseplein within 15 minutes, the Albert Cuyp market in 10 and the Amsterdam woods within 15 minutes. The tram will take you to the Leidseplein in 10 minutes. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical old Dutch house. The front looks out over water and sometimes boats go by. The back garden has a small pond and plenty of shade.

There is no luxury here – it has a lived in look! But if you look beyond the superficial you will appreciate the beauty of this house. You enter via the hallway where the piano is. There are a number of rooms like the play/work room and living room en suite with original sliding doors between them. The bedrooms are also off the hallway. There is a parent's bedroom with a double bed, and a children's room with a raised bed. The kitchen is quite simple but has everything you need. A nice detail is the lazy susan between the kitchen and the living room. There is a small sun lounge at the back and a simple (but original) bathroom.

One sweet cat stays in the house. Please feed the cat now and then
