No finery, but comfortable. Just like the island itself house Kattedoorn is best described this way. The thatched roof semi-detached house has a livingroom on de ground floor that’s very bright because of the later built sun lounge. There’s a sitting area here and the dining table too. The modern kitchen is half open and equipped with all necessary gear. The bathroom has a shower. On the first floor are three snug bedrooms under the sloping roof. The first of these has two single beds, the second has one single bed and the last bedroom has a double bed. There is an extra children’s bed available. All bedrooms have a washing basin with warm and cold water. In the sunny and private garden you have a large terrace and spacious lawn. You can park your car on your own property. The beach is at less than a kilometre and the beautiful dune area of Ameland practically starts at your front door, so you can discover it walking or by bicycle. The heated outdoor swimming pool of Ballum is around the corner as is a tennis court.
For larger groups house Kattedoorn can very well be rented in combination with nextdoor house Winde.
